UNPROFFESIONAL FITMENT
My Cabin is not closing properly, it keeps falling off. A mess (Cut cables, masking tapes and peaces of wires were left in my car).
Their call center puts you on hold until it cuts you off automatically.

The term investigation seems to suggest a long process to unfold. The Mess I have cleaned it up.
What is concerning and embarrassing is the cabin that keeps on falling when I drive, I do not know whether it is broken or not fitted in properly. But it falls off every second and its heartbreaking. I do not know what other thing that is shady beyond what the eyes can see. Can we fix this urgently please?
