Unprofessionalism

My account is still suspended after making a payment on Mon the 15, i was dealing with Andani manzhi, and my emails are not been responded to. Sent another email and Nompumelelo Thabede responded swiftly requesting for a POP which i sent immediately and she also kept quiet.

I called and spoke to a lady who just transferred me to Andani without saying anything. Id suggest you train both Andani and the other lady oh how to greet & handling clients queries & complaints. They both sounded like they talking to their friends.
