Unprofessional services

I'm really ****ed off with cartrack services.When they want payments they call very fast and over 10 times a day but when there's an issue and the client needs help they don't respond I tried sending through emails as well as Whatsapp messages and there's still no response this is utterly unprofessional and disgusting and it's not the first time it's an ongoing problem with their services
