Unprofessional service from finance department

Always deducting extra money after I have made monthly payments. As it is now they claim I am owing when they deducted an extra R58 from my account after the monthly payment was deducted.

I regret installing the unit in my car. I wish I had the cancelation fee now to cancel this and go to NoJack. The finance department seem to never update their system. This is pathetic and unprofessional.
