Unprofessional No-Shows: Do not use this company

Complete waste of time and money. My wife and I have been trying to get this resolved since February. When we finally got an appointment, they stood us up twice (24th and 28th Nov). No call, no show. We both had to rearrange our schedules and cancel appointments to be available. This incompetence is exactly why we chose Netstar for our second vehicle, and now we are moving this car to them as well.
