Unprofessional

This has been a very difficult provider to work with, instead of addressing the issue at hand they'd rather give you scripted response. They'll advise you to escalate the matter to their CEO but unfortunately the CEO doesn't respond. I am emotionally and physically drained because of Cartrack.
