Unprofessional, don't answer calls.

About two years ago, my ex took a contract with car track on my car as he was using my car at the time. He took this contract under his personal capacity i would assume and it was debiting on his bank. Months later we broke up and i took my car back. He was now no longer paying. I called car track with him trying to cancel, the lady advised that this liability will never be in my hands, i am sure this conversation was recorded. I have been harassed by car track on a daily. I have requested the records of the sales lady whom i spoke to. I have called numerous times and the lines are either busy or cut due to poor network. I have explained this to their debt collectors and still requested the recordings to this day they have not sent them. I have been waiting for them for months now, instead i get threats about being listed on credit bureau. Car track is really acting like a ****.
