Unprofessional

Unprofessional and rude customer service. They phoned my mother to load everything on their system, when we couldn’t provide the certain details right away, the service consultant just hung up the phone. Very rude. Going to cancel. Get people who can work with customers, and does not ask “huh, what you saying”
