Unprofessional company

If there was even a half a star to give to a company or even no start at all. This company is very unprofessional, they have no respect for their customers. Firstly they were supposed to have sent a technician to install a tracker to my vehicle but didn't come. no explanation what so ever or even a call to apologise. They were supposed to have come today at 12:00 and still nothing, ming you I was supposed to be at work but no.
