Unprofessional

I wish cartrack could take me out of their system I received a call from one of their sales ladies, I told her I was not interested she kept probing and I told her based on the reviews I've seen on the internet I would not take cartrack and she said to me it's the cheap service for people like me that makes cartrack have bad reviews. I have never seen a terrible and unprofessional service. They must take their staff for customer service courses.
