Unprofessional behaviour

I have been using Cartrack for the past 3 years with no issues until on Saturday morning when l called them to cancel my contract since am no longer using the car it was involved in an accident last year.l was transferred from 1 consultant to the other about 10 times without being assisted until l ran out of airtime.Unprofessional it was from such a big company, consistency lacks l felt neglected but was a loyal customer who even recommend the company to family and friends. I just need to cancel the contract please
