Unprofessional and *****ulent

Good morning im very disappointed in your recovery service i was hijacked on 11 November 2024 at exactly 21:25 i notified you guys at 21:33.You sell your services to be the best but very little communication about what is going on.what is the point of paying for something that doesn't work.I did research your motorcycle recovery record.And it seems like there is minimal interest in recovering client's motorcycles.Cartrack has no business integrity.I will be taking this issue to The customer protection commission and to the National customer commission.Its easy and nice to take customer's money every month and not deliver on the promises you make when advertising to new clients.it seems like your company is targeting clients with motorcycles just to take there money and leave them disappointed this is unprofessional and *****ulent.how do you expect customers to trust you when you dont deliver on your promises.And i don't except any apologies.I want what i pay for service delivery.
