Unprofessional and overpriced Cartrack Company - Completely useless

This is the most useless and overpriced company I have experienced. They only phone you when they want money but not if your car is getting moved or ******. The only department who calls you is the Accounting department to ask for money. If you tell them please send an email with your request they are not able to do so. How difficult is that to send an invoice if the fee us due!!!!!! I think they get paid by the amount of done phone calls. Today I received already 6 times a phone call from them to tell them every time to send an email, what they didnt do. It is so annoying and frustrating!!!!
