Unprofessional account department's agent

Received a call from a very unprofessional Mthuthuzeli Dodoshe this morning 28 July 2022 at 10:08 AM from Cartrack accounts department, using number ***. When attempting to school him on how to address customers and reprimanding him of his poor customer rapport skills and phone etiquette, he hung up on me. The accounts department must be doing great with him as one of their agents. I'm glad that calls are recorded so Cartrack's Quality department can extract calls like this for training purposes.
