Unprofessional

Traded my car in May 2025, immediately called them telling them that I have traded the car and the new one comes with a new tracker installed and they should cancel, unfortunately was told they can't do that but rather have 2 different trackers I immediately told the that's crazy I won't do that, was taken from pillar to post with their cancellation department of which I haven't heard from till date.
