Unprofessional

Car track is a Joke, they were suppose to come and see me at my residence, they never ever pitched I tried call the call was declined, then when I tried calling head office to report this I was sent around and around, and i still haven't gotten a call back wijt regards to this matter, is this how the service will be if I had to join cartrack.
