Unprofessional

I have took a contract with car cracker around the 14 of June replacing Tracker as I was paying a little too much instalment. The agreement was the installation will take place the 30th of June. I received a call the 30th of June around 4:30 pm telling me the engineer will be at my premises at 5pm, nothing happened. Saturday,nothing.. Monday when I called in the afternoon, I am told that the engineer tried to call, but there is no missed calls. I had to chase them again, the lady at the schedule department said they will come today(Tuesday), but again I am the one calling them to check when this engineer will be here. The phone rang not even 3 rings , I assume it’s the famous engineer..

Tracker was very expensive but extremely professional. I am disgusted by car tracker already and this is just the beginning…

Since I have cancelled tracker, who will be viable if I drive out and the car is ******..
