Unprofesional . Do not know what they are doing . Paid 1 september and everyday calls me 6 times to pay agian. Send ptoof of payment couple of times, they do not update it. reported the problem couple of time no feedback an nothing gets done they just phone to pay again. Very poor cuatomer service and consultants is rude, drops the phone in customer ear . Do not want to sort problem at hand. cartrack is a irritation. When carwatch is activated and you drive they phone and if you do not answer they ignor it so the vehicle can just aswell be stollen. What is the use then? Not even 1 star worth i will give cartrack a minus 5 rating
