Unpleasant customer service

I can’t believe I’m here again, I’ve been on the phone with Smangele from accounts department she was absolutely rude and condescending, she doesn’t even know what has been happening with my account, my accounted was debited twice and the second amount was over my premium amount, I hate this company!!! I can’t wait for my contract to end with them!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! The worst company I’ve ever dealt with even the 1 star rating I gave them is a lot!!
