Unpaid refund

Cartrack is so unprofessional! And they’ve got poor communication skills. They just decided to debit twice on my account and when I ask why I’m being told it’s an error on their side, an error that they can’t fix. Now it’s so difficult for them to refund back my money. I’ve been waiting for my refund almost a month now! They telling me different stories every time I follow up. I’m so disgusted about how they handling this matter
