Unpaid Limited Recovery Warranty and failure to recover my car.

They don't even deserve a star truth be told. My car was ****** on the 06th of March 2022. They refuse to pay me a Limited Recovery Warranty because of a clause they now claim I did not follow through on, they say I was suppose to call them and check if their unit is working, the unit was working fine on my App and I could track the vehicle on my App. If I wasn't following through with their said clause then why did they continue to debit on my account every month with no failure. I have requested that they send me a recorded call where I agreed to call them with my airtime to confirm a working unit that's it's working and a contract where I initialed every page and aggreing to their "out of the blue terms and condition" and to this day they haven't forwarded me that contract. Cartrack is a being really unfair at this point in time where they haven't recovered mg vehicle and are now refusing to pay. They should have stopped debuting soon as they saw that I'm not doing what they claim I should have done.
