Unless Units

I have put a tracker in by Cartrack and from the day I got it I can't track my car they have come and replace the unit for more 3rd time. I have called every week and every week a technician comes out to replace the unit after a day or two the tracking device does not work this working for me I have never had this problem with my previous tracking company I would like this matter to be resolved or I will have no choice to cancel with your company. I was called from you contact service center they said they putting me through for a repair book and the call was cut off I will not waist my airtims to call you back. I just want to let you know this service is very bad and if anything has to happen to my car you guys will pay me out am disgusted in the service you offer to your client u guy need get you self a new supplier with better units please this is not on.
