Units fitted not working

I have always had doubts about how effective are this units and thanks God i added extra security features on my vehicle , however i dont understand what am i paying for exactly for such patethic service for 2 units fitted. I had recently replaced my battery and i had no battery disconnection emergency call from my tracking unit# i waited for about 2hours until i called them myself# de agent said she will refreshh de apps from her side, what a lousy en poor administrative action, imagine if my vehicle had been ******????? Ever since i have been activating de car watch alert, today i decided to check if the carwatch is really working on de vehicle, to my surprise i also didnt get any notification when i switched on my engine yet im paying every month :( why do we always have to get ON Hellopeter to get the service we are paying for
