Unit still not working after they came out!!! Are they using technicians that don't know what they doing?

They quickly call once you post a review! They did come eventually, however Unit is still not functioning. They made me take ethe vehicle off the road for a day causing a loss in income and now it's still not fixed. Extremely unhappy Considering taking up the matter and canceling... Well within my rights, just the inconvenience is a problem..
