UNIT REPAIR STILL NOT DONE AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS T ARRANGE APPOINTMENT

Good day

I am writing to raise a complaint on the issue that my car unit is still not scheduled for repairs after I have called in more than 5 times to arrange this.

The last time I called was, when I got a missed call on my phone at 10:16 today 15 Oct 2022 and I called back at 11:41.

I spoke to Elizabeth Marokane and she concluded by saying that she will make a booking for Wednesday afternoon as Eastrand technicians are far to come by.

I have been waiting for the confirmation SMS or email since that time and nothing has come through.

Yesterday, 14 Oct 2022 @15h20, I spoke to Noxolo and Fikile, Fikile said that she had booked a technician for Sunday at 10:00, but that confirmation email or sms did not arrive.

I have spoken to dozens of people but no one seems to be able to book this appointment. I have spent so much airtime & time only to receive such mediocre service . This is pathetic.

Please cancel my contract and arrange for the removal of the unit ASAP. I will be moving to another tracking company.
