Unit not working!!

Cartrack I really don’t understand how many times must we contact you to come and fix your tracking unit ,this unit stopped working September 2019 ,we are two months away from September so basically this stupid unit of yours hasn’t been working for over year .You know the most pathetic thing is that y’all didn’t even realize that the unit is not working until I called you to asked for the location of my car yet you debit freely from my account .I can’t even cancel the unit because you’re telling me of contracts so basically I have to pay for a contract that’s not even beneficial to ? I’m sick and tired of having to chase after you do SERVICE !!!
