unit not working

i have 3 years with Cartracker and in the previous 2 months i have been having problems with the Unit.When i call Cartracker they are transferring me to Technically Support and no one is picking up the phone...Is this the service i get from paying all this years...Should something happen to the car is Cartracker going to be liable...
