Unit move to a new car

I called to get a unit moved from one car (recently sold) to a new car. I was assisted by Oletile Ratlhahane who was really polite and helpful. The reason for my rating is that before checking my account / status she told me the move would cost R870. The new owner wants the unit to remain in the car as he has a Cartrack contract and would take over the unit on his contract. All that would be needed is a new unit in my new car. I asked for options as I haven't ever paid for a unit to be moved. Oletile then checked my account and said it would be done at no charge as I am a long standing client whose account is in good standing. Now for the actual move...
