Unit installation
My car was supposed to be installed on March 26, 2026, but it hasn't happened yet. I've been phoning them and escalating the situation, and Thembelihle confirmed that they will send another person to install on the 30th. Today is the 31st, and my car doesn't have a scheduled app. Everything is finalised, but the unit is taking a week to install, so I now have to take a car without a tracker.
