UNIT Causing electrical issues with a new car

Application and Installation was quick and very proffessional.

My problem 3 weeks ago when my car went for its first service and I reported to the garage (Mazda) that my subwoofer is cutting.

they investigated and found out that cartrack unit was installed incorrectly to the main car power harness, this is GOING TO VOID MY NEW CAR WARRANTY if not corrected. I have called several times since then and they tell me the post-installation department has no extension only emails. I hope you read this message.

further actions will be taken if my car warranty is voided
