So i was upgraded cause apparently my warranty was over and i need to renew it which i have done. Now that i sold my car i must pay thrm to collect the item and for thr restore but their undereducated sales people dont tell you that you will be charged i was told on a recorded cal and i quote "Sar!!! If u sell your car and get a new car you are covered all you do is arrange"
