Uninformed Charges and Missing Referral Reward

I called 22 August to test my unit and refer a friend. It took less than 36 hours and my friend had the unit installed... it took more than 4 weeks to schedule my unit repair and it was after i sent an email it was when i got booked. I received an email that I am charged for the repair which I was not informed about. 2 months later , no 2 months free for referral...I called and sent emails and I now just regret recommending my friend here
