Unimpressed and Dissappointed

I am a new customer and I'm already displeased with their services. I waited for a technician to install a tracking device on my vehicle the whole day on Friday (05 April 2024). He called at 1pm saying he'll arrive at 2.30pm. I waited till 4pm, as I was leaving my workplace he calls and says he's on his way, asking me to confirm where I was (for the 100th time). Ever since then I haven't been contacted for a reschedule. Very disappointing service.
