Unhelpful agents

My car was parked just after 5pm amd when i went to the app to activate car watch alert it couldn't as according to your app the engine was still idling that was at 19.30 so i called the control room spoke to Simphiwe who apparently has no surname she said the customer support is unavailable to take calls but she will submit a request for a reboot Almont 2 hours later nothing had happened called again and spoke to Nonkululeko Mavundla who then said she'll put me through to customer support and the guy said he'll reboot it amd also confirmed that they didn't receive any reboot request from anyone. What's going on there? Are our cars safe with ya'll useless & unhelpful agents?????
