unhappy with service

when you take out a cart tracker with this company they assure you its only R129.00 a month. But in fact it is not, because once you have the tracker fitted they phone you to tell you that you need to take out additional fees every month to ensure the tracker is not broken or does not need repairs as they can't guarantee the tracker will not break down! I also had to deal with a person who was told numerous times by teh insurance company to phone me so to confirm she had received my documents , I am still waiting!!!
