Unhappy Customer With Car Tracker 😭😭💔💔

I’m not happy with the service I got from the car tracker , I cancelled my car tracker and I was told that I need to pay for cancellation fee , and I told them I don’t have that money but I can arrange to pay on a monthly basis and they are debiting on my account monthly as I promised , now they also listed my name on credit bureau , I asked them why am I listed because I’m honouring my promise and I even paid up , so the response I got was that in order for them to clear my name I need to pay R1800 for what?? exactly why should I get this punishment , really this is not fare 😭😭😭💔💔💔 anyone please help what must I do in this case because now I need to pay monies that I don’t have 😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔 and I’m trying to apply for housing finance this car Tracker is blocking me 😭😭😭💔💔😭😭
