Unhappy customer

With calls there are very good ,but bad service they gave me when there were supposed to come through,I was stuck and needed towing from were I was they said it is 36km which is the right distance for my package.but now I had to pay R900 extra for the distance of were their car is coming from.but I was not told all that when I joined the team and took the package.i was told that they tow for 40km .

I was soo unhappy even willing to cancel the contract
