I have just received an sms stating that my account is on arrears because I reversed a debit order

Fine I went through my statement because I was a bit puzzled since I did not do any reversal There's nothing but They're the ones that deducted more I then told them that they now owe me but they can put it to my next premium

If you ever sign up with them shame you'll pay until you grow Grey hair.
