Unhappy client

The cartrack service is not on I've been calling them since last week telling them that i can't see the location of my car they've been telling me to login with new login details ive been doing that now i want to cancel the contract with them they are telling me that i have to pay R2 300 or 600 for cancelation bt what im i paying for if i cant see location of my car unhappy customer
