Unhappy client.

Yoooo this company will kill me one day. The only time they call me its when i leave a review here.. their account department their job.ive been asking for a statement for a month now i did not receive it, they did not debit my account on the 27th. Every month i must call and tell them that my account is not debited then they will send me a link after 3 days they debit abd when i ask for a refund they refuse and say they will credit my account..m very disappointed with cartract.
