Unhappy car track consumer

We had a problem with the tracker amd called car track and advised them. We received no response. So we stopped our monthly payments as it was obvious the tracker wasnt working and we were obviously wasting our money and time paying for something that doesn't work. Car track then handed us over to perumal attorneys. We were then paying them through monthly deposits into Their accounts. Weve been receiving messages and phone calls amd recently they started threatening us with summoms been issued. We are paying our account even though the tracker obviously doesnt work. No one from car track called us to sort it out or cancel the contract.
