Cartrak is stressing me, they debit wrong amounts when you call and ask they transfer you to 100 consultants who dont even know their job , no one listens, helps, acknowledges or assists. Each time you call you have to repeat everything all over again,their calls are NOT recorded. And they DO NOT HELP.i asked for a refund i was told to send proof but they say they and see they over charged me. Ive asked for a statement till now i did not recieve it
