UNHAPPY
Their device doesn't work I called they said someone will be sent to check it, been forever waiting and it's soo unfair paying for non existing service. I would never recommend Cartrack to anyone.

10 Aug 2022, 00:18Hi there, I had misplaced my phone and got back last week, I've noticed that you've been trying to get hold me and a voicemail with regards scheduling an appointment the repairs for the unit.
However I called your office in Bellville on Monday explained once again about a not working device situation and I was promised a callback on scheduling an appointment for the repairs. This is frustrating knowing that your car can be ****** or be hijacked and not be tracked but it has a tracker that you have paid for in it.
