please kindly assist urgently i agreed to upgrading to the 149 rand contract the person who was supposed to come yesterday for the installation didn't pitch nor communicated if his longer coming or what i waited for 2 hours for him when I called unfortunate for me I spoke to a rude lady i been with cartrack since 2018 and never have I given yoll a problem. my car is undetectable I wasn't notified cool I now that I know what action yoll putting because on my side I have agreed but you failing me again after months of requesting for a call back not so long ago on the 25th you took money off my account but if something is to happen to my car today I wont be assisted because your device that I pay for every month is faulty I am now opting to canceling my contract with you I must now pay a cancelation fee but I am paying but not covered at all. Cartrack you a **** just like these boogers companies honestly.

Cartrack if you giving me problems now what will happen when i actually need assistance in recovering my car, you sending acts of your contract and not looking at your slogan and not looking at what you doing to your clients am literally driving with no cartracking device but payment has been made into your account i don't know if you think am running a charity case or what. i will emphasise this when this cancelation is made no deductions should be made off my account because i sticked to what i had signed for but you failed i have tried to accommodate you and change into a different plan but still you failed dismally. I don't recommend you at all even to my worst enemy i wouldn't recommend cartrack at all

cartrack since you only respond to certain emails please i repeat note that I have jumped from this sinking ship called cartrack to a different company and i wont and i am NOT AGREEING to any cancelation of contract FEES to be made from my account because you failed to project what you were meant to project to your clients i agreed to a new plan and waited for the guy allocated to me to come install the devise he didn't show up nor communicated with me so i request you cancel and remove my details from your system and NOT DEDUCT money from my account anymore because i must now pay towards a company that will get me covered with immediate effect.

i wont be able to continue paying for your services that didn't get me anywhere with protection because clearly i been only covered by the holy spirit and cartrack has just been milking me since 2018.

20 days serving period i wont be able to wait that long as am already not covered since apparently the devise can not be detected by the people who installed it so i will need to be covered in-between those days so i cant wait till you have decided to settle your things while i drive with no cover .
