I have been with cartrack from 2015 .My car was ****** in November 2023,I immediately lodged a complaint about the matter hoping they will help locate the car. Since Nov 2023 I never received a phone call or any report nor compensation. What puzzles me is they still continue deducting money even after the vehicle was reported ******
