Unfixed tracking unit

One of the worst companies ever, I reported that my tracking unit stopped working since April 2024 and I realised in September 2024 and reported immediately I have been calling them and they keep saying a technician is coming I would wait and they end up not pitching or they send me from pillar to post yet they still debit my account each month for a service they are not providing i went from being calm to frustrated and back to calm .... and the scheduling department never calls to follow up regarding the matter as they say they would probably because they know the technicians never pitch 🤔🤔 soooo nope wouldn't recommend at alll
