Unfair Treatment.

I have never been this humiliated by a company and this company doesn’t me a client, i only feel like a piece of trash the way they treating me. I have never missed payments and whenever there’s a problem am the one who calls. They have taken my money and when i was asking for my money And Fuzile Makhathini told me the money will be returned in 7days and after seven i call them to check my money only than Fuzile told me my money will be returned after 14days. I told him i cant wait than he promised to call me after speaking with his manager and he never called, i sent emails to him and costumer service several times but no one bothered to get back to me. But if i was owing them i was going to be handed over to credit legal department, it a pitty i am a nobody. I am fed up with them they once deactivated my app without my concern I hate everything about the company now due to unfair treatment.
