Unfair Treatment by Cartrack

I was treated unfairly by Cartrack. I had a contract with them with my other vehicle which got involved in an accident and written off by insurance. I called to let them know of this and that i am bringing another vehicle to have another contract and they told me they will cancel the old contact for free since i was bringing another vehicle. I called when i had another vehicle and informed the agent about my other car which was written off, i went on to sign a new contract only to find out out that the old contract was not cancelled later. I called to complain and they start telling me that had to go some internal processes which i don't know about and i informed the agent about my other car which was written off. So they said i now had to pay R1700 to cancel the old contract despite the fact that i was told if i bring another vehicle i would have the old contract cancelled for free. So currently they are taking money from my account for the old and new contract.
