Unfair treatment

On the 06th October 2023 a sales consultant by the name of Amanda called me and convinced me to instal a tracking device on my vehicle she informed me that this is a 36 month contract and that if ever i would like to cancel withing the 5 working day trail period i could do so for free but anytime thereafter i would be charge R2000 or less based on how long ive had the contract. i opted for the R99.00 package which was confortable for me the following day someoen else called and offered a better package and i agreed. On the 09th the installer came to install the device. Before they left, they checked if everything was in order and it was all good. a few hours thereafter i had to go somewhere and to my surprise the car did not want to start. on the 12th i called and spoke to Mandy and informed her that ever since their installer came my car has not been working she also advised me of the trail period and said its 7days, they advise if the problem was not theirs, they would charge a R600.00 call out fee and i was disapointed but agreed because i wanted them to fix their problem. the auto electrician came on the 14th and advised that its a problem with my starter i informed him that i have never had problems with my starter and i am really disapointed in their services and that i would like to cancel the tracker. i called on Monday the 16th @ 15:40 and Xolani advised they do not have a trail period and that they will listen to the calls and get back to me the next day. till today i have not received any call and i am left in the dark.
