Unfair payment

I had a car installed with cartrack and it was sold to a dealership on 13/03/25 at the beginning of April an amount of premium was deducted and I reversed it I called cartrack as I initially had send them an email to cancel.i was told they do not do cancellations via email and I have to pay R169 and cancellations fee for 20 days of R169 I paid and now they took R200 from my bank I spoke to Ntando khanyile about it send all proof but they still refuse to refund.
